The Nordic Report
SustaiNordic is a Nordic network promoting sustainable production and consumption in support of UN Global Goal 12. Deriving from architecture and design, the network wants to promote Goal 12 in a creative and attractive way, in tandem with the industries that the network represents.
Once receiving the content, we started working on the tonality of the magazine we were creating and where it would be introduced. We wanted to create visuals that captured the essence of the featured companies and profiles while keeping a sleek design, and at the same time function as an effective asset in political arenas.
The Nordic Report Volume 1 has launched and is available in the ArkDes store and at selected sustainability events around the world in 2019. We hope a publication like this can serve as guide of best practice examples of what innovation can do to better our world, as well as display how the Nordic countries are doing their part in achieving the goals of Agenda 2030.
Excluding cover, The Nordic Report contains 224 pages, displaying sixty innovative examples of initiatives that contributes to sustainable production and consumption, as well as 12 interviews with inspirational profiles. A second issue is under production during the Spring of 2019.
The Nordic Report was launced during an event at ArkDes on Skeppsholmen in Stockholm in February 2019. Among the speakers was our very own Jakob Trollbäck.
